APP Ascendi 2.7.3

The Ascendi APP offers users a range of functionalities aimed at facilitating debt management and payment processes:

• Exploratory Mode: Users can search for and pay debts associated with a specific vehicle registration, either national or foreign, without needing to create an account. Payments can be made directly through the Ascendi APP using various methods such as Card, MBWay, or RefMB. For debts with other billing operators, a link will be provided for payments on their respective portals.
• Logged-In Mode: Once logged in, users can access their debt information by Tax Identification Number (NIF). This includes paying notifications and conducting Driver Identification Checks (ICI). Users can also search for outstanding amounts linked to vehicle registrations in Ascendi or other billing operators. If the user's identity is validated, they will have access to notification summaries and trip details. Payments or Driver Identification can be processed directly from a notification.
• Customer Support: The app features contact forms and a history of interactions for user assistance.
• Debt Alerts: Users receive notifications regarding their outstanding debts to stay informed about any payable amounts.
